Are there any written maintenance standards or requirements within the electrical power industry for single-phase, pole-mounted utility transformers?

Nope, you set em and forget em. Some transformers may be subject to a periodic oil analyisis, most aren't.

Based on the way my poco operates, they only touch them when there's a problem, which is very rare. We still have a handful of oldies hanging around.
