Yes, 6 or smaller has to be green. Can't use marking tape . Not unless you mark the entire wire.

disagree.. Code doesn't mention this being green is Art 680. It's identified as a "bonding jumper".I know of no NEC requirements for bonding wires to be green.

In the 02 code it is called a equipment grounding conductor. In the 05 & 08 code it is a bonding jumper. In the 02, I would think it would have to be green, in the 05 & 08 code I think not. What do you think?

I agree with you, anything after 02 is fair game. color wise..
