In addressing pool perimeter bonding 680.26 states the following for a perimeter bonding conductor:
The required conductor shall be secured within or under the perimeter surface 100 mm to 150 mm (4 in. to 6 in.)below the subgrade
If the perimeter area is a layer of gravel with 4" of concrete with fiber mesh is it permissible to install the perimeter bond on top of the gravel or does it need to be in the earth below the gravel ?
