Are these readily available when using an inlet box or are guys having them custom engraved?

From Article 702:
WARNING:
FOR CONNECTION OF A NONSEPARATELY
DERIVED (FLOATING NEUTRAL) SYSTEM ONLY

I did a Google image search for that phrase and didnt get a single match. So, custom is apparently the answer, other than:

Has anybody in the history of the world actually used one?

Apparently if they have, it hasnt been indexed on Google. Which ofc means it doesnt exist. ;)

eta: I did find this:

but no idea where they got that sign

seta: maybe here:

Not to mention that professionals like you and I and all the people who participate in this forum know what this sign means but does the average HO know what it means ? Would he/she even care ? Many of the contractors in my area purchase laminated phenolic signs with that terminology on it from the supply house but I've used this company and haven't had a problem to date. http://www.nys-spc.com/generator_warning_decals

That doesn't mean that using these signs is correct or Code compliant but they seem to be acceptable to the EI's in my area.

When you buy one of these power inlet boxes http://www.electricgeneratorsdirect.com/Reliance-Controls-PB30/p1088.html both clear decals (separately derived and non-separately derived) come with the receptacle

I'm guessing that this isn't enforced because the requirement has been around for a few years yet I cannot find anyone who sells these signs.

I have just had them made. One sign can cover all the requirements in one shot. What it irritating is when you send off for it and then remember, "Oh, yeah, I should have put the AFC of the service on that before I hit send..."

Example said:
PANEL MDP
537 MAIN STREET
SERVICE DISCONNECT
4261 AFC

ALL SOURCES SUPPLYING THIS STRUCTURE ARE LOCATED IN THIS PANEL

WARNING: GENERATOR INLET FOR CONNECTION OF A NONSEPARATELY DERIVED (FLOATING NEUTRAL) SYSTEM ONLY

George, doesn't the use of an inlet require two signs?

Where is the one I missed?

This was a single panel supplied from the meter and an inlet with a generator interlock kit. The inlet was connected to the panel with a nipple.

Got it, around here most of the panels are inside and the inlets are outside so two signs are required.
