Postline Ballasts

I was curious if anyone has ever used or retrofitted postline ballasts, I have a 175w metal halide post light and cannot find the replacement for it anywhere,,,discontinued they say,,,now what with 30 light poles? Ideas?

pretty common size - you can't find a multitap ballast that size ? what voltage ?
