Potential promotion to become a Project Manager. Will those hours count towards a Master's License in Oregon?

Wondering if anyone here in Oregon has any direct experience with getting a Master's License in Oregon (General Supervising Electrician).

I'm curious to know if I get promoted to become a Project Manager will those hours I work in the office count towards my future Master's License? This is the deal breaker for whether I take the job or not. It's a great opportunity but not if it's gonna hold me back from getting that Master's then it's not really a long term opportunity.

It's just a weird catch-22 because if I take the job I get direct experience running the show on these commercial jobs and would be an easy segway to starting my own company. BUT if those hours don't count then it's a moot point cause then I'd never have enough hours to even take the test.

As far as I know here in Utah I got my journeyman and was working on hours to complete masters. I took a job at the power company as an Electrical Engineer, even though it is power related they would not take my hours working here toward my master since there is no master electrician that can sign off on the hours. You most likely would be able to have another coworker sign off on the hours.
