Doing my first dental office.
Waiting on the paper work for on the dental chairs.
Has anyone wired one before, I'm thinking of putting a floor box under the chair.
Does it need a dedicated circuit.
There are 9 dental rooms.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You need to wait for the paperwork. I've seen some that come with a box that the chair sits over. Don't forget that there is going to be water, air and suction lines in there also. Sometimes the plumber does them, other times it can be the supplier of the equipment. Ultimately it's the equipment supplier that does the final installation to the rough-in.

A floor box is definitely the way to install the circuits but whether they need to be dedicated per chair is up to the designer and the manufacturers instructions. As an aside, most dental chair manufacturers include in their instructions that the receptacles must be Hospital Grade.

I believe the chairs at my dentist are plugged into wall outlets. Heavy-duty cords, however.

I think the building's built on a slab.

As far as air and water are concerned-- they're in a wall desk/console that's convenient to the head end of the chair when it's reclined.
