Power for Garage 4 Post Lift

Was hoping for some advice on what wire size I should use for a 4 post car lift. The motor is rated at 220v/60hz/1ph with a recommended breaker size of 30 amps. The distance from the electrical panel to the lift motor is plus or minus 100 feet. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thank you!
I just wanted to confirm what I was reading in Table 310.16.
I will be doing the grunt work (string the wire thru attic space) and let an electrician make the connection at the panel and lift motor.
