Power limiting cable for underground

What type of cable is permitted to be pulled in a conduit underground. I need a 3 conductor . i looked in 725 but could not find a definitive answer. I wanted to use cl3 but not sure it is suitable
It must be suitable for the power supply limits. CL cannot be used for Chapter 3 or Class 1 sources.
It must also be suitable for wet conditions. CL may not meet this requirement, but landscape cable would.

Well, let's see. What is the cable for? Is it being supplied by some kind of power supply and if so, what does it say on it. Class 2? Class 3? Or is there no power involved, just signal. That is what determines whether or not a CL3 cable is suitable.

Once you figure out what type of cable you need, we know that this will be installed underground in conduit. As such we know that it is a wet location and a cable suitable for wet or direct burial is required. So assuming that you can use a CL3 listed cable, you now have to find one listed for a wet location or direct burial.
