Power line clearance

As a part of a current project, a new pre-fab metal building is to be constructed, the end of which will be near an existing pole line - no bare conductors, just 600v cables on messengers. We have been discussing what, if any, code required clearance would be required between these suspended cables and the building wall. TIA

Here are few threads that may help. I have the same issue and as in my humble opinion 70E is cleared about exposed conductors...one can argue insulated cables are not exposed??

P.S. - before anyone asks, the cables are not service conductors and are in an industrial environment.

If it's not a service conductor is it a power line? If it is a power line you will have to get with the utilities company to get needed clearance.

To clarify, it is not a utility-owned line. Something like 3/c#2/0, 600v cable on a messenger.
