The company i work for supplies the inverrers for a local solar power plant.
The inverters are either with or without battery BESS storage. The input to thede inverters is 1,500 voktd DC with 43,500 volts AC out to the grid.
The problel is that the internal fans to the induvidual 4 inverter modules keeps going out and there usnt always a same problem. Somwe fans have their internal pcb board VFD burnt at a spot other times its sonething else. We replace 14 fans as a temporary fix until engineering can fund a cause but 14 more go out.
Rhesefans are 3 phae i believe 240 vac, a scope waa supposedly used but voltage value werein range. Harmonic currents werealso supposedly checked. Im trying to gather more info and more ideaa
