When using preformed concrete walls (example Superior Walls), what is your preference on mounting boxes and securing NM? The horizontal holes are preformed and a small wood nailer on the face is installed. This nailer is only good for attaching wallboard. Do you install a nailer to the side of the concrete studs? Any info. is appreciated. Thanks.

Doesn't look like any problem. Use steel bracket boxes- you should be able to get two screws into the side of the furring. Use Caddy "Colorado Jims" (among others) to attach and support your cables.

I thought of using these Caddy Romex clip, but they don't appear to offer support vertically, only horizontally. Any suggestions?

This is what I'm talking about- Colorado Jim
We use these pretty much everywhere with NM, MC and AC.
By the way you don't need support like a staple would provide.
