Price of AL conductors dropping

Are we back to normal prices? sweetbriar (4/0) URD is $2.54/ft from this online vender, nassau national cable. Pratt (250) is $3.22. I got a quote a month ago from my local supply house and the Pratt was $3.60 - Ill have to ask them for a requote. I havent seen AL that cheap since before the pandemic. Still waiting for PVC to come down

PVC probably not coming down anytime soon. High oil prices is one factor and from my understanding limited producers of the resin needed to make PVC products is also a factor.
