Price

My first consideration would be Why?.
A breaker does not normally fail. Is the customer trying to self diagnose and treat a deeper problem? What will you be expected to do if more than a breaker change is required?

Not trying to be rude to ya man but I wasn’t looking for a diagnosis and yes, breakers do sometimes fail their man-made. Everyone makes mistakes breakers fail all the time. Especially old ones. I’m a veteran journeyman electrician. I know exactly what I’m talking about I just don’t ever do Side Work so I was looking for a price that’s all.

I am not trying to disparage you.
My point was the customer is not always right. Doing them a favor can result in unintended results.

As for a price, why not sell it for what a big box store does plus labor, after all isn't that your competition?

Depends on my area - I can get anywhere in 5 minutes- if I have to plan it then 150 plus breaker- if I can swing by when I want- eeeee 80 and parts—- I make sure to know it’s normally 150 but I like you so today I’ll give you a break- or he a dick so 150 plus parts no matter what
 
My area would be more like $125 plus breaker, plus mark-up on the breaker.
This would be assuming the call is within 5 miles.
5 minute job unless there is more problems than just changing the breaker.

Flat rate companies would be more like $350.
 
Had more than one customer that called to request for a new breaker installed because it won't reset, most times GFCI. Get there for a service call, most places are at least 45 min away, and all it was they didn't know to turn fully off then turn back on. So round trip at least 1 and a half hour and 5 min to check and flip the breaker. Min service call $150 and then they feel like an idiot when all was needed to turn it on properly, but will do a couple of tests while I'm out there.
 
I have a $125 trip charge + $105 per hour + parts

Looking at $255.00 but if it's kinda on my way somewhere I'll waive the one hour or cut it in half.

As mentioned earlier, I'll let them know I'm giving them a break if I do that.

Last week I went to diagnose a brand new freestanding range not working. The breaker was tripped. I felt bad for them so I told them $75 and they felt bad for me so they gave me a $15 tip 😅😅
