Primary 208v and Secondary 415v from transformer running through more than 24" of same conduit.

What effect can this have on say, ground loops induction, electrical noise, a low phase ( when machine is powered up and drives are running, one phase of 85v and the other 2 are 385v ( these voltages are not exact but just for reference)??

Please advise.

I don't fully understand what you have going on. Could you describe those voltage measurements more thoroughly? Sounds like maybe it's ungrounded and it's floating and you are measuring voltages due to capacitive coupling.

Drives usually do not like ungrounded or corner grounded systems.

That sounds like an ungrounded system and you are reading line to ground voltages that really don't mean anything...What are the line to line voltages?
