I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you regarding a critical issue I am experiencing with the General Electric transfer switch model ZTG000A00060E.
Recently, I have noticed that the transfer switch is not transitioning from utility power to the generator and is displaying a "Mechanical Failure, Expect: SE, Actual: SN SEO" warning on the display. Additionally, I have made a change in the electrical configuration by cutting the 25ZZ cable to eliminate the SEO status. However, after this modification, upon attempting to start, the display shows "S1 OK, S2 STOP, Delay Time Remaining, Bypass," and after completing the countdown, the "Inhibited Signal" warning appears.
I would appreciate your assistance in diagnosing and resolving these issues with the transfer switch. Additionally, any guidance on how to correct the SN, SE, and SEO states to restore normal system operation would be greatly appreciated.
