So far the only work related thing I have used it for has been to verify the temperature of a lobster tank was cooling after I made some repairs to it.

It looked nice in the ad. I bought one of these a couple of years ago and have yet to use it on the job. The cat likes to chase the little red bead around though.:grin:

Oh, another point came up... can you heat PVC at a glue coupling that is already glued up or will that hurt the joint integrity?
