Proper supports for egc water main

I wanted to know to properly support my water main ground wire can I install pvc conduit on the wall with minerlacs have a changeover (FA to 3/4 romex connecter) to clamp on the wire would that count as properly supported

I think that you mean GEC not EGC. Yes the PVC can be used to support the GEC. Since it is non-metallic you can just use it as a sleeve without a clamp.
