Here is what I typically include in my "Items not included in my bid:":
• Performance and/or payment bond.
• Utility charges.
• General construction work (interior concrete pads and bases, painting, etc.).
• Temperature control wiring.
• Clean up or rubbish removal, other than to haul our own identifiable scrap to one central location for disposal by others.
• Voice/Data/Security wiring.
• Power connections to owner's equipment.
• Premium labor costs for the owner's and/or general contractor’s convenience.
• Hazardous waste disposal.
Then there are others that are specific to the project. Like the infamous, owner furnished materials.
