Thanks, I've used the craftsman fit times in the past and find them much more reasonable than the NECA fit times, which I always have to adjust down for residential use. The porposal I'm looking for is more just a document template that has terms, exclusions, etc.

It might not matter. I work for a GC and we don't sign anyone's terms. They sign ours.
