Pull box at disconnect location.

Did a search on the State of Florida's website and found their Construction Standards for Traffic Signals. It does not mention distance between pull boxes only if more than 360 degrees of bends then a pull box is required.

I'm seeing this as having metered and unmetered conductors in both the pull box and the service disconnect. NEC has no problem with that, but many POCO's won't like that.

The 2023 code will prohibit having service conductors and other conductors in the same handhole, but will not address an above grade pull box.
