Pull box grounding

House has two disconnects outside, 1 set of feeders from each disconnect goes down into crawl space and to 2 different panels. A portion of the feeders were damaged in the crawl, so I am replacing from the disconnect and about 15' into the crawl. I am going to install an enclosure in the crawl and use insulated lugs inside to make splices. Since there are splices, I technically have to connect all of the equipment grounds and bond the box, correct?

One is a 200amp and one is a 100amp, I am asking because for some reason I thought I could just bond the largest egc to the enclosure.

You should ideally bond both. Parallel EGCs are generally treated as if each one was the only one.

Both set of feeders are being spliced.

Then you have two choices, tail each separate feeder EGC splice to the box or connect them all together with one tail to the box based on the larger EGC.
