Pull box height(s)

Can someone point me in the right direction for pull box heights. I have a pull box that will be mounted outdoor, in a gas plant and only be used for pull thru of cat 6 cables. Is there a section in the code that dictates the minimum height that the box can be mounted at ? Thank you in advance for any and help.

I can’t think of anything… I like pull boxes around waist level.

I've never come across anything regarding this in the CEC, either. Priority one would to mount it where not subject to mechanical damage. Priority two is a comfortable working height. As stated above, waist high or so is good.
