In designing a grounding system for a pumping station, which grounding requirements do you have to follow?, do you have to follow the requirements similar to pools, to ground every metalic equipment?
No. Equipotential bonding at bodies of water serve a difference purpose than grounding.
The service supplying the pump house and equipment needs to be grounded per Article 250 with no real special consideration needed. Any additional bonding would be based on the risk or potential of exposed non-electrical metal parts being energized by the premise wiring.
I do not see any touch or step potential hazards assoicated with a a pumping station...
