I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a purchase order writing and tracking system for a small to midsized electrical contractor. Something to run on a PC using Microsoft Access. I looking for an upfront cost without any recurring fees. I don't want to be a beta tester, I'm not looking for a suite of software. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm not recommending this at all, but it is written for MS Access specifically. http://www.filebuzz.com/fileinfo/41881/Purchase_Order_Program___Access_Db.html You could maybe find a free template to do what you are looking for right at MS website, or maybe by clicking help within Access itself and search thru there.
