Want to thank everyone who has helped me along the way over the years....even with the simplest and silliest of questions. Unfortunately I didn't work alongside the brightest or most helpful people and had to do a lot of learning on my own. I've always felt a responsibility to make sure whatever it is I'm estimating or working on is done correctly.

I'm very grateful to have you guys and hope that some of my questions generated replies/answers that have helped all.

You are Welcome horsegoer/mstrlucky. I will say mstrlucky stop by and offer your own insight-experience on questions that you might have knowledge about. Mike Holt Forum is a two way street.
 
Dropping in here throughout the day clears the brain fog for the most part. It's a 2 way street as previously stated.
 
I didn't forget. ..every question I asked an got an answer to is something new learned and there are many questions I've asked. So if your your referring to questions I've asked that's a lot.

If its knowledge through work etc outside this forum Im not sure there's info I know that most people on here don't ....very knowledgable people here...more than myself.

I do have to ask why it is you are making this kind gesture at this time. You are sort of making it sound like you are retiring or otherwise leaving the industry.

I took it as he was just being sincere.
He did post lots of questions about a highrise, in fact so many questions, that I was wondering if we collectively were doing the job.
I think we helped him considerably getting through a job which he was needing some help with and he appreciates it, as anyone would.
The experience and wisdom on this site are invaluable.
