PV ground mount grounding and bonding

I am wiring a 36 module ground mount with 2 transformer-less inverters the tie in location is 360' from the array. The tie in its at a meter socket located on the exterior of a house. I am mounting a fused disconnect and meter socket next to the existing meter. Currently there is no ground in the meter or even close by. Any recommendations on the correct grounding and bonding.
