PV System with Inverters but No Battery Storage

I have a project with a Photovoltaic System with Inverters but no battery storage. Do I need a separate room for this system or can I put it in a shared electrical room with other electrical equipment? Any building code or NEC citations would be much appreciated.

You don't necessarily need a room at all for a PV system, but you can put PV equipment in an electrical room with other switchgear. Should this be in the Photovoltaic forum?
