Yes. PV wire passes a flame test as part of its listing. That's the distinction between regular USE-2/RHW-2 and PV wire, as well as the 2kV version.

Is there actually something different between the two resins, or is it just that the flame test is in the spec for PV wire but there is no actual difference?
