PVC and metal locknuts

Running a pvc conduit run with non-metallic boxs .If metal locknuts are used at the male adapters are they required to be bonded? This is on a 480V system .

I would think no because I dont see them being likely to be energized.

I would say it depends if this is a pull box or a junction box. Regardless, I dont think so since the locknut is isolated

If you really stretch it, you might be able use 240.4(A)(2) to require the locknut to be bonded. Other then that section, I can't think of one that would require that locknut to be bonded.
