Boss had me set up a rack hung with rod for a long run in a parking garage .
the run is about 400’ long i set up the racks leved it got my height to avoid all obticles .
then he showes up with Pvc 3/4 a total of 5 conduits will be on the rack .
i said what’s this why are we not running hard rigid , imc, emt .
he said the parking garage conduits are rusted and we’re going to do pvc.
witch, I wasn’t looking forward to Bc it kinda of takes the pride out of the job .
And trying to to set up your spacing with curved pvc will look weird and in my opion not a good install.
shure enough even tho the racks are 5’ apart when you look under neath the racks
the conduits look wavy .
I wish I could have used hard pipe I could have made the install look reallly nice
Has any one else ever ran into this problem
