So I have a 3" Schedule 80 PVC Conduit coming out of the ground. The conduit goes 3' down in the ground and has a stub 90 with a Bell End and that's it. It is 30" out of the ground before it terminates in a Disconnect that is mounted to an H Beam that has been driven in the ground. I'm getting conflicting stories about whether or not it needs to have a strap on it and I am unable to find anything in the code book. Some are saying its not 36" so the strap is not needed and then there are others saying that its longer than 18" So it needs to have at least one strap on it because the conduit does not terminate in boxes that are secured. I have tried to search the archives and was not able to find anything that addresses this situation. Could somebody please point me to the code article that would address this situation? Thank You
