It does have ko's on the top, I called generac to ask for a recommendation but they said it was my choice.
Like I said, not very likely this is even an outdoor rated enclosure if it has KO's in the top wall, so take that into consideration.

If it is an opening designed for a bolt on hub, that is different - use appropriate hub.

I just opened the box it came in and the only ko's are in the back. I'm guessing I'm going to have to punch the bottom .

Yes Meyer's hub. But don't screw a PVC male adapter into it. That's not allowed. Use a close nipple followed by a female adapter. Put your pipe into that. The reason is the male adapter has straight threads. The Meyer's has tapered threads.
