Pyro chem exhaust system - adding shunted breaker?

We are working on a commercial hood system with a Pyro Chem mechanical control box. Inside the box there is a double pole microswitch . Right bow, the switch will activate another switch that disconnects the swamp cooler and hood lights. We have added 2 - 240v 50amp outlets (actually hard wired) to a double convection oven. The ovens are currently direct connected to there own 50amp breakers at the panel. The fire marshal wants the ovens to turn off if the Pyro Chem system is activated.

Question: does anyone know if this micro switch we have in the control box offers 110v out to trip a shunt breaker? There are currently two purple wires that are capped and not being used. We just don't have a diagram to know what they are for. It looks like the micro switch is a Heiser PCDPDT. I am curious if they may possible power up to the 110v when the switch is activated. Then we can run them to the shunt breakers at the panel.

If not, is there a switch recommendation to swap that can handle this? Control Head is a Pyro Chem NMCH3

Im having issues uploading photos, but will keep trying.

First, you have to make sure the shunt-trip breakers' trip coils can be continuously energized. If not, then they have to be fed from one of the circuits they remove power from. Otherwise, the coils will burn out.

I recommend using a pair of contactors rated for the ovens, and powered by the hot-side of the light switch. They'll cost less and be fail-safe in the sense that, if one fails, the oven will stay off rather than stay on.

The micro-switch common is the one on the long side of the body, the normally-closed contact is the one on the end closer to the lever, and the normally-open contact is the one on the end farther from the lever.

It is just a double pole double throw switch. It just switches whatever you bring to it. Might want to make sure it is rated for the voltage you intend to use - but most of what you likely find on this kind of gear is probably rated at least 250 VAC.
