Potentially an improperly torqued bolt connecting the PoN rail to the neutral bus.

Info here

Claim info at the bottom of the page. They’ll ask you to inspect your installs and check torque on that bolt. I don’t have any affected customers. Except likely myself. I ordered a 42-space MLO for my own house that I’ve put off replacing for over a year now.

Literally all the available loadcenters anymore are plug on neutral. QO loadcenters I seldom use anymore in dwellings and therefore have little or no need for the plug on neutral so this sort of isn't a problem unless you are using PON AFCI/GFCI's. I do typically use PON AFCI/GFCI's in Homeline panels for dwellings though, but their PON bus is also the same bus you connect conventional neutral conductors to.
