Question about Arch Fault Breakers

Hello

I'm working on rewiring a couple new bedrooms in my cottage, I know the new code states that you must have Arch Fault breakers, I'm now being told by some sources that I should be using a blue 14/2 wire in these bedrooms. My problem is I have already wired these new bedrooms with the white 14/2. Is it true that code states that I must us a blue 14/2 or I'm safe with the white 14/2?
