I use 2 pieces of HMC345LP3E the hittite as switch in two sides. In the middle of the connection connects a inverter. I use the two control bits at the same time to control on and off of switches as shown in the picture.
1, the model has welded, the problem which should debug now is: measurement the system of S21 with no display (Now I only have network 8753 es)
2, a. status: the power supply voltage (+ 5 v) and the control voltage (0 v, + 5 v) have been given to it. 【I use 74 hc04n inverter to control voltage and Ithink it can get standard TTL level. The control voltage of switch chip demands a TTL/CMOS】.
B. During bare plate measurement, the impedance between signal wire and ground is infinity. After welding the impedance is zero (I'm not sure, this manual does not speak). The datasheet of HMC345LP3E is in http://www.kynix.com/Detail/289086/HMC345LP3E.html.
