Does every 2-inch LB have adequate dimensions to hold 3 - 3/0 AWG conductors. Specifically do all 2-inch LB fittings comply with 314.28 (A)(2)exception? If not, how is the installer to know if 3/0 conductors may be installed.
Thank you

heck, I'm prone to a spelling mistake from time and again..I really hadn't, even notice the mistake.

Many thanks for pointing it out Larry.

You're welcome, and it wasn't intended as criticizm. Links don't work if they're misspelled.

Re: Question on Conduit Fittings

Thanks for the help. This is what I learned from UL and Appleton. If a conduit fitting complies with pull 314.28 (A)(1) and (A)(2), there will be no markings on the fitting. Otherwise, it will be marked with the maximum number and maximum size conductors permitted within the fitting.

Note that would be a rare fitting. Not very many fittings are sized to meet those rules.
