Hello,
I am not an electrican so be gentle
If one were to assume there were ground loops causing inference to radio/audio equipment and all other possible causes were troubleshot and ruled out. Would it be acceptable to bond/ground, let's say 4 pieces of equipment together with insulated wire, then power one of those pieces of equipment with a 3 prong AC plug and the others with 2 prong plugs to eliminate the ground loops/noise/hum? It seems like there would still be a single source for ground for all of these pieces of equipment. Or let me guess it doesn't work like that ?
Oh also, they would be on the same circuit.
Sorry for the rudimentary question.
Dean
