These appear to be GEC,s and where run in a ferrous raceway a full size bonding jumper between the GEC and the ferrous raceway is required by 25

I don't believe they're GECs,,, even so, due to location, I would think this would be categorized as a supplemental plate governed by 250.53(E) allowing the bonding jumper to be #6 if indeed they were a GEC

You better hope they're GEC's, since 250.53(E) is a excellent reference, but wont govern EGC's

EGC's are governed by 250.102(D), T.250.102, and #6 is too small

T.250.66 is identical to T.250.102, which governs EGC bonding-jumper size, per 250.102(D)

Table 250.122 governs the size of EGCs and bonding jumpers. 250.102(D) would be for a supply side bonding jumper and not an EGC bonding jumper.

If they are GECs, then the bonding jumper from the ferrous raceway to the GEC in the raceway must be the same size as the GEC in the raceway.

I see no way that would apply to the installation shown in the picture in post #1.

PVC conduit avoids bonding issues

that's complete right. That's why I always suggested that run PVC conduit and ovoid all these things
