Found a 277 480 tx only producing 50v on secondary. Replaced it today with a new tx. Voltage Input is 277 to ground (x3) and 480 pass to phase. Secondary is now (with new tx) 70v to ground (x3) and 120v phase to phase. Trying to figure this out for hours. I need 120 / 208

have a catalog number on the transformer or can you take a pic of the namplate/diagram

Are the primary windings wye-connected where they should be delta? That would account for the lower secondary voltages.
