If it's a radiant ceiling panel like in a suspended accoustic ceiling, you might be able to get a replacement tile. If it's that piece of junk sheetrock radiant heat, I would try find another heat source like baseboard heat or cut electric forced air heaters into the walls. Good luck

Some manufacturers of electric heat sell patch kits for their own products.

Do you know who made the radiant heat hardware? If so, call their tech and/or customer support.

Thanks for the hints. No I do not know the manufacturer but what I do know is that I am getting several calls this year for repairs to these messes. All have been drywall ceilings and yes I am definately suggesting another heat source. Gives me a chance to push us installing electric baseboard...thanks for the replys!
