Can this be used under a mobile(manufactured) home for flexibility and protection to connect the feeder?(6' or less of course)I would come out of the ground with PVC and convert to the flex and then back to PVC on the home with female adapters and rain tight connectors.

As far as the NEC goes it is very vague on this. We use the HUD requirements of using DB quadplex from the disconnect through a PVC conduit that pops up under the trailer then up the the PVC drop pipe that runs down from the panel in the trailer. And at each end of the PVC under the trailer, we use a male adapter and a PVC clamp for the quadplex.

3280.801 Definition states:

(9) Concealed means rendered inaccessible by the structure or finish
of the manufactured home. Wires in concealed raceways are considered
concealed, even though they may become accessible by withdrawing them.

And HUD treats the underside behind skirting as concealed

Here is another note that we as electrican's need to know:

(b) In addition to the requirements of this standard and Article 550
of the National Electrical Code (NFPA No. 70-1993) the applicable
portions of other Articles of the National Electrical Code shall be
followed covering electrical installations in manufactured homes.
Wherever the requirements of this standard differ from the National Electrical Code, this standard shall apply.
