Chief Electrical inspector OKed the install with concrete tight fittings.
Heres the install. 2 four inch and a 3/4.

Fully Assembled Rain-tight Connectors
This new line of steel and zinc rain-tight fittings comes completely assembled, with no extra seals to buy, stock or install. The UL-listed EMT concrete-tight, rain-tight connectors are designed for faster installation featuring a split-type gland ring that prevents the conduit from turning when tightening the hex nut. The connectors also make it easy and quick to connect PVC-jacketed cable, because installers simply strip back the cable, unscrew the connecting nut, push in the cable and tighten for a secure, rain-tight connection. The rain-tight connectors are available in 1/2-inch to 3.5-inch steel, 1/2-inch to 2-inch zinc and 12/2 AWG to 8/3 AWG for PVC jacketed MC cable.

I can find them up to 2"

I can find them up to 2"

358.42 requires raintight, Nobody seems to make the in sizes above 2". I was wondering if concrete tight is also raintight??

I just ordered 8 - 4" UL listed RT connectors. I will try to look in the morning & tell you the brand. $25 a shot.
