Ran into a good one today!

Am I the only one who thinks the feeders should be fused at their respective rated amperage? Obviously the wire in the 1-1/4" conduit should not be fused at 400A as the size of the switch suggests.

If the individual feeders are fed underground and come up at their respective panels, as it appears from the photo, than the service is legit as far as I can tell. The problem is in the MLO panels. I am no expert on theseinstalls, tho.
