I'm having a hard time with 220.55. Is there a video or reference material that would explain the notes and table? Looking for something that breaks it down step by step and easy to understand thanks

The handbook does a pretty good job. Also some of MH material covers that pretty good. But you would probably have to buy a study or exam prep book to get it. Maybe check mikeholt.com and look in the "free stuff" section or maybe there is a separate video section, IDK.
