Yes it works lol.

Only seen it used once by an old timer. He said that the name was scratched off and was curious if anyone knew who made it.

If my memory serves me right it was made by the Gardner Company

Does it work very well?

The first shop I worked for had one. The guys called it a suitcase bender because it was stored in an old suitcase. It was for 1 1/4 EMT and was pretty easy to use.
