Rate per hour for highway lights and traffic signals ? $250 per hr. minimum
Those bucket trucks get about 5 miles to the gallon, insurance, maintnance,
etc...

The rates are different in different areas of Mass. Try to find the specification book for the job. The wages are likely in there. If the job spans differeent counties you may be subject to different rates on the same project. You may also find the work is classified as line work. The trade class would be linemen.
