We have a customer (custom home) that wants all their receptacles at desk, table or counter height with a exceptions but I'd say many more than usual are 30" off the floor like in bedrooms.
Is there a height in the NEC or other code that requires some receptacles near the floor? Nothing will be over around 48" the lowest ones are probably 30" off the finished floor.
