I'm reviewing plans for a "pool pavillion" as it is called. There are no food prep or sleeping quarters in the structure. It's basically a large living room area, excercise room, bar, bath and utility room.

Can anyone guide me to the proper article that addresses receptacle spacing for a structure like this? As far as I can tell, the only applicable code for recepts would be in the countertop area of the bar.

OK, Marc, but any thoughts on what a building like this would be classified? I just want to make sure I am not missing something obvious in the code, since so much revolces around "dwelling units". Sort of like the gargages you mentioned.

And 1313 Mockingbird Lane is a balck and white dwelling unit, as far as I recall.

I think mdshunk is right. Nothing is required e.g.
in Article 210 AFAIK.

It sounds like a matter of preference, or whatever
whoever has the money to build a pool pavillion
in F.C. wants.

It would seem like if they are spending the kind of
money they probably are, GFCIs recepts at
standard living spacing and whatever lighting they
are specifying seems fine,
but that is only a personal opinion and probably
not really any new information to you.

Sounds like the feeder per Article 225 is the
biggest piece of it.

Doesn't sound like you are missing anything.
